Check your student's grades from home!
Dear Parents:
Our district uses PASS to allow parents and family members to access student information from home using their student ID and PASS Pin. All you have to do to get your student's information is the following:
1. Go to our website homepage at http:/ft-madison.k12.ia.us
2. Click the PASS Tab at the top of the page
3. On the left of the next page you will see where to enter their Student ID and PASS Pin. You can get this information from the office. Enter the ID and Pin and you are ready to few your students information.

If you need to change your PASS Pin, contact your building secretary. If you don't have access to a computer at home, our public library has some available for the public to use.
